The house has a beautiful, large backyard with a big private pool.

Our property is one of the largest homes in the neighborhood. As you walk in the property, you will notice an open floor plan, tile flooring, lots of windows for natural lighting, exposed roof/beams, and recessed lighting. The large living room has a fireplace.
From there it opens up to the formal living area and it's own fireplace.
Adjacent to the formal living area you have the dining area, with a large kitchen next to it. The kitchen has granite countertops, lots of cabinet space, a pantry, a kitchen nook, and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has it's own little patio area, and the master bathroom has a large tiled shower/tub combo.

The gardener is coming every Friday.
The poolman is coming every Friday to maintain the pool and equipment.
He has access to the pool area.
