Enjoy being a short distance from shops along Kingston Pike, local Knoxville restaurants & eateries, parks, bike & walking trails, and more. This house is a single level home with cozy living spaces. Stylish new furniture and beds. There is 1 queen sized bed and two trundle style twin beds. This space is perfect for small groups or a couple's retreat to Knoxville. Guests may enter the home through the front door inputting the provided code into the front lock. This property is conveniently situated less than 10 minutes away from downtown. It is within 5-10 minutes of grocery stores, coffee shops, and several restaurants. The surrounding neighborhood is a residential area that is being updated. The Haven in the City sits near a main highway that provides ease of travel to areas like downtown Knoxville and the Bearden shopping area. There is a mandatory bi-weekly surface cleaning included in each stay to ensure guests have a clean place to stay throughout the duration of their reservation. This will be scheduled with the guests after the reservation has been made. All guests please take into consideration our strict cancellation policy. If there is a chance you would need to cancel your reservation it may benefit you to purchase travel insurance to insure you receive your desires reimbursement.
