This is a 4plex with covered porches that have patio chairs and bbq's plus lush garden area for outside enjoyment. Carport plus street parking. Each unit is a different theme that are Orient Oasis, Western Wonder, Mediterranean Marvel & Tropical Treasure. The pictures are for the Mediterranean Marvel theme unit that has a king size bed (all other units have a queen size bed). There is no carpeting just solid surface floors. Each unit has it's own washer/dryer, queen or king size bed plus a twin bed can be added.
