It has a fire place, washer and dryer, heated garage, hardwood floors, covered deck in back, with charcoal grill and table and chairs. It has a large fenced backyard. All kitchen necessities, linens, vacuum cleaner, two TV's, and cleaning supplies.
There are 2 large closers in the master bedroom. Exterior door in the office opens onto the upper deck. Master bedroom/office is entire width of house. The house has glimpses of a Mountain View. It is located in a cul-de-sac in a safe residential neighborhood with sidewalks and mature trees. it is 3 blocks away from a large green belt with bike trail/horse trail alongside of the road. There is a nearby horse boarding establishment and an equestrian park in the area. Also within 10 minutes drive are shopping malls, movie theater, big box stores, ice skating rink, (indoor) and many popular places to eat.
The house is not suitable for small children due to the many exterior stairs to deck's yard and sidewalks.
