POOL HOURS: Opened 24 , we asked that you respect our quiet hour from 10pm to 7am

-Pool. Pool heating is $50/ night. We need 24hours in advance to heat and a minimum of 2 nights.
Please understand that outdoor pools are subject to heat loss, particularly when ambient temperatures fall below 70°F, during windy conditions, or overnight.

While we ensure the heater is operating properly, actual water temperature cannot be guaranteed under cooler weather conditions, and no refunds will be issued for temperature fluctuations caused by environmental factors.

If the outdoor temperature drops below 50°F, the heater may enter defrost mode or temporarily shut down as a safety precaution. Normal operation will resume automatically once the temperature rises above 50°F.


Kitchen is fulled stocked. Please always check with us for specific request.

Sleeping arrangement:
We have 9 beds:
- Master bedroom: 1 king bed
- Second bedroom: 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed
- Third bedroom: 1 kids’ twin bunk bed plus a trundle twin bunk bed (3 twin beds total)
- Additional sleeping: 2 floor mattresses for flexibility

We have beach chairs, coolers, high chair, 1 crib, 1 basinet , 1 pack and play, and 2 strollers for kids.


🌊 Beaches & Outdoor Spots

• Huntington Beach & Huntington Beach Pier – ~6–7 mi, ~10–12 min drive. Classic SoCal beach with surf culture, long sandy shoreline, and the iconic pier.
• Bolsa Chica State Beach – ~7–8 mi, ~12–15 min drive. Wide sandy beach perfect for sunbathing, birdwatching, biking & surf.
• Santa Ana River Trail – ~8 mi, ~12–15 min drive. Scenic multi-use trail for biking & walking alongside the river.

🎢 Theme Parks & Fun

• Disneyland Resort / Disneyland Park – ~8 mi, ~10–15 min drive. World-famous amusement park for all ages.
• Disney California Adventure Park – ~8.5 mi, ~12–16 min drive. Adjacent to Disneyland with more rides and attractions.
• Knott’s Berry Farm (Buena Park) – ~9–10 mi, ~15–20 min drive. Classic theme park with roller coasters and shows.

Guest with Pets, PLEASE READ:
We allow up to 1 pet per booking. We do charge a deep cleaning fee at the day of your check-in through the resolution center. It's a flat fee of $150. Pets are NOT allowed on furnitures. Please pick up after your dog's waste. We will charge you extra if we see any feces in the yard or stain/odor on furnitures. When you do walk your dog, please be respectful of the beautiful neighborhood and pick up after your little furry ones!

Propane tank: we provide 2 empty propane tanks for guest use. If you'd like us to have the propane tanks refilled before your stay, please submit your request at least 48 hours in advance. A refill service fee of $30 per tank will apply and will be collected prior to your arrival.

Surveillance cameras located at front and back yard toward the pool for liability .

We have a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for guests who attempt to create false claims, exaggerate issues, or make misleading complaints in an effort to obtain a refund or discount. Our property is thoroughly documented BEFORE every check-in, and all concerns are handled in accordance with Airbnb policies and procedures. Fraudulent or retaliatory refund requests WILL NOT BE HONORED and may result in the guest being REPORTED, BLOCKED, AND FLAGGED within the platform to help protect other hosts.
