The dining area has plenty of seating and offers access to your private deck. The kitchenette offers everything you need to prepare full meals during your stay: full refrigerator with ice maker and water, sink, dishwasher, microwave, countertop oven, dual hotplate, butcherblock counter for meal prep, cookware, coffee maker, and so much more! The adjoining living room is comfortable-- with a smart TV-- and is convenient to the huge pantry that offers more small appliances and room for your groceries. This 2 year old apartment sits above the resident homeowner's home with a locked door between the upstairs apartment and main home. Minimum rental of 4 weeks. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.
