This home is managed by BOSH Property Management. All of our properties are fully furnished and your rate does include all utilities (monthly cap applies**), washer and dryer sets, housewares, fenced-in private yards, attached garages, lawn care, and everything you need to feel at home.

BOSH Property Management has experience working with all of the major Insurance companies as well as most of the Temporary Housing providers. If you’ve been displaced due to an insurance claim, we are very familiar with the process and would be happy to work with these agencies to get you into the home as quickly and easily as possible.

If you have been displaced due to an insurance claim, we understand that plans need to be flexible, and in such cases, we are open to accommodating varying lengths of stay. This time frame will enable us to effectively manage our availability calendar and make any necessary arrangements for our home.
