This home is very cozy, recently updated, nestled in a great, quiet area. 3 bedrooms have 100% memory foam mattress queen beds, & in the 4th bedroom are 3 pairs of twin bunk beds, with the master having a private bath. I enjoy cooking so I try my best to stock the kitchen with what I would want in it, complete with a Betty Crocker cook book. Kitchen also has a 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurig. In the family room is a 55"" 4k Ultra HD tv with Roku, & DVD player. Basement has 3 game tables & a 55"" TV with Roku & retro game console. Newer AC & appliances. Your comfort and safety are important to me. Smoke detectors in every bedroom & 4 fire extinguishers throughout. All within blocks, there are 6 grocery stores - Natural Grocers, Hy-Vee, Walmart, Aldi, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. Starbucks, Scooters, Walgreens, and several restaurants as well within minutes. Eppley Airfield Airport is 15 minutes away.

Ample parking in driveway long enough to fit RV or truck and trailer. Parking also available in garages.
