"This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that is fully furnished with all the necessities that you would need for the first few weeks of your stay. The house is in a central location in Richmond, VA. It is within 30 minutes drive of anywhere in the city or surrounding areas (Midlothian, Henrico, Mechanicsville). 15 minutes to downtown Richmond or VCU. Only 5 minutes to Chippenham hospital or the Central Virginia Veteran Affairs Hospital. Also 5 minutes to many grocery stores, Starbucks, and restaurants.

The house is a two story house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the second floor. The house has 4 rooms that can fit 6 people comfortably. Maybe even 7-8 people if they do not mind sleeping on a day bed and pullout trundle:

Room 1 (1st floor) - Queen bed
Room 2 (1st floor) - Office space with 2 desks. There's also a day bed (twin mattress) and a pull out trundle (twin mattress).
Room 3 (2nd floor) - King bed
Room 4 (2nd floor) - two twin beds

The house has a washer and dryer on the 1st floor.

High speed internet is included. Utilities are also included but only up to a maximum of $500 monthly for gas and electric. Tenants will have to pay the difference if over that amount. Average cost in Richmond is around $300 for gas and electric. $500 is more than enough for you to use comfortably. This is only to ensure that there is no wasteful usage like turning on A/C full blast and leaving the doors open during the summer for hours on end.

Cats are welcome at the house. The house does not have a fenced backyard so it may not be suitable for dogs.
