For stays of 28 days or more, additional steps are required to ensure a seamless and secure booking process. Guests may be asked to provide a government-issued ID, verify their contact information, use a matching credit card, and complete a brief background check. Rest assured, all information is used solely for verification purposes and is not stored.

By proceeding with the booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the requested documents before check-in, and acknowledge that check-in details will be shared once verification is complete. Additionally, a temporary hold will be placed on your credit card as a security deposit by an external platform. This is a pre-authorization and will be automatically released within 2 days after checkout, provided there are no issues.

We conduct routine pest control to maintain a comfortable environment. However, due to our proximity to nature, you may occasionally come across a critter.

Pet Fee/s:
We’re delighted to host your pets! A pet fee of $100 covers one pet for the entire stay. If you plan to bring a second pet, please inform us in advance.
