"This listing is for the entire upper level of the home. Spend your time in this storybook backyard that sits on a quiet cul-de-sac by a lake, away from busy streets yet close to everything. Relax, kick your feet up by the fireplace, watch something on the smart TV, browse the high-speed Wi-Fi or enjoy cooking up something fresh in the large, updated kitchen with brand new appliances and countertops. (Lots of pantry and closet space throughout!) Fully fenced in backyard.

As you arrive and walk through the main private entrance to the home, you will enter into the hallway and walk up the stairs to your primary living area. Ahead to the left is the spacious living room with desk and reading area. You will also see the large deck with balcony overlooking the backyard. Off to the left of the living room is the spacious and bright kitchen with loads of cabinet space and breakfast bar. From there you'll see the dining room. Down the hallway you'll find the three bedrooms and bathrooms. There's a full bathroom with shower/tub combo for two of the rooms. Then there is a full bathroom in the primary ensuite room with a stand up shower. The laundry room is located on the lower level. It is shared with any guests staying on the private, lower level listing.

Please note that this 2 story home is divided between the first and second levels. Both levels have their own entrances, parking areas, and are divided for privacy. Backyard area is common space and all our guests have been warm and respectful.

Please note, due to the age of the home, footsteps and some noises may pass through the walls from the upstairs. If you are heavy-footed or enjoy listening to the TV loudly, please consider a different listing.

In the summertime, our parents stay in their RV on the property. Please get in touch with us directly if you have any needs.

Short-term housing is similar to hotels; prices change based on demand and the seasonality of the year.
