We named our home the Urban Oasis because while you’re still in downtown Nashville surrounded by so much, our home allows you to immerse yourself with privacy enabling you to rest and relax while Music City waits just outside your door. The Urban Oasis provides a pleasant, quiet, serene get away space with the feeling that you’re away from it all.

We are centrally located downtown within close proximity to all your needs. 2 mi to Broadway Honkytonks, 1 mile to Farmers Market, 2.8 mi Music City Center, 3 miles to Nissan Stadium, 1.8 mi to First Tennessee Park, 2.5 to Ascend Amphitheater, Publix, Whole Foods, Kroger Grocery store, liquor store just 2-3 miles away. 3.3 Miles to Centennial Hospital, 3.6 miles to Vanderbilt, 2.7 miles St Thomas Hospital, 2.3 mi to the TN STATE Capitol Building. Kitchen Bar seats additional 4 people in the kitchen, Dining table seats 6. The URBAN OASIS Kitchen is stocked and has everything you need. Full pot coffee maker or Keurig is also provided. If there's something specific you need, please ask us and we will try to accommodate the best we can.

Inside you'll enjoy our handmade rusticated post trestle dining table that seats 6. 4 Industrial Counter Stools to comfortably sit at the Large Kitchen Island. Our living room has a large designer couch with a chaise lounge, Gas Fireplace and a reclining leather chair to enjoy your 50 inch Smart Tv With Roku Technology to watch Hulu, Netflix and more.

MASTER BEDROOM: The Master suite is HUGE, sexy, classy and comfortable with a walk out balcony. The Master Suite has a Sterns and Foster California King Bed, large walk in closet, 50 inch SMART TV with ROKU and large Master Bath with a large walk in shower with a Rain Fall Shower head. We provide ALL top-of-the-line high thread linens, towels and kitchen essentials to ensure you have a comfortable, easy stay. We have extra pillows and blankets in closets.

ADDITIONAL SLEEPING
2 Twin Ottoman pull out sleepers in the Master Bedroom. We have a Queen Size plush Cordaroy sleeper in Master bedroom that sleeps 2. CordaRoy's are awesome! Seen on SHARK TANK! They are large foam filled chair-like bags that you comfortably sit on and then convert into a comfy bed when you're ready to sleep. Super convenient and COMFY!

OUTSIDE:
There is a covered front porch, covered back patio area and there is a covered deck off the Master Bedroom. The Back yard has a wonderful private seating area perfect for entertaining or to enjoy the birds and nature. Smoker/Grill, Fire-pit with Adirondack seating and green space.

WIFI
We have FAST WIFI in every room with an extra Wireless Booster for those who need to work. A GREAT home for Music City travelers or those coming to town for business trips.

PARKING
We provide a Private parking Carport Garage that fits 2 cars tightly and 2 other cars in the drive, plus plenty of street parking in front of our home.
