"Cozy and spacious home located in Aurora, CO. Over 2,600 sqf that will accommodate nicely for a large family or smaller groups! Located about 30 minutes drive to the Airport, 27 miles to Denver, 6 minutes to Southland Mall.

Our home offers 4 large bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with reservation. Fully equipped kitchen.

The home is also well appointed for the little ones with a crib, a pack-n-play and a loft area with bunk beds. There is plenty of space for kids to play.

This is a large 4 bedroom, 4 bathrooms house with over 2600 square feet. Ideally located on a huge corner lot of the beautiful Highland Villas neighborhood. When you step inside, you'll be bathed in light from the large windows and open concept.

The house can comfortably sleep 8 but can sleep up to 10 without a problem. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full master bathroom. The master bath has double sinks, a tub, and a large shower stall. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other room has a bunk bed with a home office work desk.

There is a laundry room with washer and dryer for guest to use however I do not provide laundry supplies.

The basement has a full bathroom and a bedroom with a king size bed. Also in basement there is a huge living room with a TV for your entertainment.


During your stay, feel free to enjoy movies or tv in the basement and high speed wireless internet access.

Also enjoy the use of full modern kitchen with all major appliances and plenty of cooking utensils to make your experience feel like home. The kitchen has hardwood floors, granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, and stainless steel refrigerator. I always keep a supply of cooking ingredients such as oil, spices, butter available during your stay.

The house has a fenced back patio and table with chairs to provide a nice place for a break or meal. There is a gas grill on patio for your use as well.

Smoking is permitted OUTDOORS but strictly prohibited INDOORS.

Guests will have access to the entire home. Parking is in on the front of the house and along the streets.

Free parking on the premise with plenty of street parking. There are a couple parks and reservoirs for a quick getaway, camping, or fishing, whatever you choose to do. There are also shopping and groceries within walking distance. A ton of food and shopping options at ""Southlands"" 5 minutes away.

This home is approximately 30 minutes (27 miles) from Denver International Airport (DIA) and can vary due to traffic and weather. Home is located Southeast of Downtown Denver by about 30 mins (28 miles). Travel times may also vary due to traffic and weather.

We may get snowstorms during the colder winter months. Expect to hear some shoveling if/when snowstorms occur.

Due to the layout of the home upstairs is generally warmer than the rest of the house in the summer. There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and a standalone fan in one of the closets to help circulate air and cool down."
