This ""Bungalow style"" single-family home sits in the coveted South City Park neighborhood. The space includes two updated kitchens & bathrooms with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Beautiful hardwood floors and rustic exposed brick dominate the decor. A unique spiral staircase leads to a bright and airy loft, where a 100 inch projection theater combines with sleeping arrangements for additional guests. The house comes with an office including a desk, office chair and high speed WIFI. The beds include one king bed in the main floor master bedroom, and one queen bed in the garden-level master bedroom. Additionally, the loft includes a double bed, perfect as a ""guest"" bed for longer-term stays having visitors. The garden-level master bedroom has its own separate kitchen and can be cordoned off to form a separate ""apartment within a house."" A brand-new washer/dryer are also onsite for your use. The house also includes a covered front porch with patio furniture, a sunny back porch for outdoor dining, and an outdoor hot tub! Soak your stress away under the Colorado sky!

The front door of the house is the primary entrance, and a personalized code will be provided for easy access. The back door can also be used to access the entire unit, and also provides a shortcut to the basement bedroom. Street parking is easy. A guest pass will be provided which nullifies the 2 hour limit on our street.

The South City Park / Congress Park Neighborhood is home to quiet residential streets bordered by lively entertainment. Within walking distance from the house are bars, restaurants, breweries, diners, gyms, yoga studios, salons, coffee shops, retail stores, ice cream parlors, liquor stores, fast food, live music venues, museums, parks, a health food supermarket and a zoo! The Sprouts Farmer's Market (grocery store) is conveniently located 2 blocks from the house, with a liquor store across the street.

Denver is a mass-transit-minded and bicycle-friendly city. The house sits just a couple blocks away from 3 major bus lines that can take you anywhere in the city which includes a connection to the new commuter train to and from Denver International Airport.

There's a B- Cycle station (rental bicycles) located just a few blocks from the house at Sprouts and bike lanes that run throughout the city. Scooter rentals are also prevalent in this neighborhood. Additionally, Uber and Lyft drivers are rarely more than 10 minutes away.

If you're driving, street parking is easy to find on our block. Although there is a 2 hour maximum on our block, we will provide a parking pass for one vehicle that overrides this 2-hour limit.

Lots of great Denver restaurants and watering holes are within walking distance. We are located in the Bluebird Theater District which is home to a vibrant local and big-ticket live music scene with live bands playing at Lost Lake, Goosetown Tavern, Mezcal and the Bluebird Theater."
