The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances including a Keurig with K cups, an electric range with convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, new garbage disposal, blender, pots/pans, utensils, and an electric skillet.

The living room is cozy, equipped with a smart technology. There is also a "slide under couch table" for you to use while eating, using your laptop, or simply to hold your favorite beverage. Our detailed Welcome Book and Wi-Fi device is located here.

Our dining room is perfect for 4 guests, with our 4 seater, glass top table, with newly reupholstered cushioned seats.

Each bedroom has comfortable queen size beds with soft blankets. A full private bathrooms are located within each bedroom, stocked with toilet paper, hand soap, towels, and wash cloths.

Our outside patio may be used at your discretion. It is covered to keep protect from harsh weather, and to keep the bugs away. If outside is your thing, feel free to uncover the comfortable royal blue outside furniture and listen to the sounds of nature. When you're done, simply recover with provided waterproof furniture cover.

Guest access
The entire home is yours during your stay. You will have access to the home using a smart lock. The code will be provided the day of check in. Garage is not available for use.
Other things to note

- Pool access is seasonal and is opened from May - September (dates vary). Pool Hours are 7 days a week 7am - 8:00pm (NOTE: $30 fine if Pool Fob is not returned to assigned lockbox at check out)

- Outdoor Security Cameras located at the front and rear of the house. Audio and video recording.

- Please be respectful of our surrounding neighbors, by keeping noise levels to a minimum. A Minut noise level monitor located in common area. This device does not record audio or video
