This is a newly renovated, fully furnished mid-century, 1144 sf home with a brand new Gourmet kitchen, Italian porcelain tiles throughout the entire house, centralized AC/Heating controlled by a Smart thermometer, a jacuzzi tub, a fire pit, a detached laundry room with a sink and toilet and more. Although it is considered a 1-story home, it is built on a raised foundation which has 5-6 steps leading to the front door and 5-6 steps that lead to the back, side patio. It has a detached 2 car garage, but it is not available for use as it is currently used as storage for furniture and supplies. However, there is a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and ample street parking in front of the house.

In regards to pets, we do allow them for mid-term rental use, but we prefer not to house cats. We also do not allow smoking in the house, but outside is fine.
