Modern, open-concept townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms built in July 2018. Well cared for home by owner with over 4 years experience as an Airbnb super host. Beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture, good lighting, and the fastest internet we can find. This home is the biggest and only end-unit of the complex with nice views of San Diego bay or the city skyline from all windows on the second and third floors. Utilities are included. We have rented to traveling groups of nurses before who have commented how much they feel at home, which is our goal. Busy nurses appreciate the mandatory weekly housekeeping, and supply of basic items such as toilet paper, paper towels, fresh linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, laundry detergent, seasonings. Per our homeowners association requirements, a separate vacation rental agreement needs to be signed prior to check-in. You will need to provide a valid ID, the names and ages of all guests, make, manufacturer, and license plate details for each car, and emergency contact info.

Weekly light housekeeping is mandatory and usually scheduled on Tuesdays. This includes bed sheet and towel change, clean bathrooms, and floors. Guests are responsible for keeping the home and kitchen clean and sanitary, including taking care of the trash/recycling, and washing dishes. Shoes must not be worn inside the house. Absolutely no drugs, filming, or illegal activity are allowed in the house.
