This is a townhouse & no spaces are shared. Guests have access to a private fenced backyard along with their own secure garage spot for two vehicles. Additional parking in the driveway for two more cars.
We live near by so help is not far away should you run into any issues.
We typically don’t meet our guests unless something comes up.
Our townhome is located in a nice quiet and mature residential neighborhood with excellent schools nearby, close to the highway with easy access to some of Austin’s iconic restaurants like: – Rudy’s BBQ – Kerbey Lane – Chuy’s Along with tons of great ethnic restaurants whether you’re in the mood for Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese Korean! The highway is also very close. In just one minute, you’ll be driving on 183/Research Blvd and off to your next destination. We are just 20 mins from Austin Bergstrom Airport, 16 mins to the Capitol Building & Zilker Park. 7 easy minutes to the Apple corporate campus on Parmer Ln and less than 10 minutes to all the fun and food at the Domain Northside.
There is public transport but have not personally taken it.
Our place is just a 1-minute drive to 183/Research Blvd. Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is the closest major airport, and it’s about a 26-minute drive from our house.
Consumables:
We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills.
Pets:
Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($250 per pet per stay for 30 day stays) Note PET FEE. Shorter stays are $55 per pet per stay. Pls keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the backyard. Bags are provided. While we love dogs, we have BREED RESTRICTIONS: No whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following: ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY, WOLF BREEDS, CHOW CHOW, GREAT DANE, PRESA CANARIOS, MASTIFF.
Security Cameras:
For the safety of both guests and property, we have exterior camera’s actively recording video and audio of porch, exterior parking and front door. Guests staying 30 days or more can request access to the camera’s for their extended stay. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, camera’s are not constantly monitored.
Live Plants:
Our plants give our space life! Please help us keep them alive by watering once a week!
All guests will fill out a renter’s agreement and upload ID to confirm the reservation.
It is important to note that this townhome is adjacent (in the back yard) to a commercial building. In the front, it sometimes smells like delicious Chinese food. In the back, it may not smell as good. I would not book this property if you enjoy opening windows and receiving fresh air. Inside the home is neutral smelling.
