Our art and music friends affectionately refer to this property as The East Atomic Ranch!

This unique space is where modern meets mid-century modern.

This space is where our guests love to come home to after a fun day at places like Barton Springs, ACL, SXSW, Moody Amphitheater, University of Texas events, Austin FC Soccer and ALL of the downtown fun!

You can chill with your friends/family here with room to roam!

Living room and kitchen are large with open concept.

Large kitchen island.

2 full bathrooms with 1 tub and 2 showers.

There is a Shipping Container Tiny House in the backyard. This is a separate Airbnb listing.

If the Shipping Container house happens to be rented, these guests will utilize the backyard, back deck and keep to themselves.

The fenced in front yard and driveway area is yours.

Considered downtown EAST SIDE.

The East Side is what everyone calls the fun, funky and artsy part of Austin. A total haven for musicians and artists.

There is a certain energy here that does not exist anywhere else in the city.

Even though Austin has grown exponentially, the East Side still has that old school Austin feel.

One of the biggest perks of living in this neighborhood is that getting downtown and around is a snap!

There are lots of cool bars, music venues, restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Some of our favorite places are located in The Mueller, on Manor Road, Cesar Chavez, East 6th, 7th, 11th Street & 12th Street!

Oddwood Ales. They have GREAT pizza too!

UBER EATS, Door Dash, Go Puff (highly recommend), Postmates, FAVOR, Grubhub, Dominos delivers!

Whataburger, Taco Bell, Popeyes, Terry’s Seafood are 0.3 miles.

Our new CVS is 0.8 miles (3 minute ride).

The Austin Shaker liquor store is 2 miles (7 minute ride).

HEB Grocery Store is 1.8 miles (6 minute ride).

The EAST ATOMIC RANCH is 1.9 miles from I-35 (downtown). Downtown is a straight shot down 12th Street.

Capital Metro Bus stop within a 1 minute walk.
Metro Light Rail station is 0.9 miles away.

Taxi, LYFT, UBER, Car-2-Go, scooters, birds, bike rentals. pedi-cabs available once you are downtown.

Best way to get in the heart of downtown is to UBER/LYFT.

Takes about 3-4 minutes for your ride to arrive unless there are large events like SXSW and ACL occurring.

If you do park your car downtown (might want to download Park ATX app), make sure that you pay to park or they will tow you! It’s over $200 to bail your car out!

Austin Bergstrom International Airport is a straight shot at 6.5 miles away.
The airport is in south east Austin.
To get to and from the airport, just take Airport Blvd all the way.

The Austin Convention Center is 2.5 miles.
Austin City Limits (ACL) Moody Theatre is 3.5 miles.
UT Darrel K. Royal Texas Memorial UT Longhorn football field is 2 miles.
UT Longhorn Baseball Disch-Falk Field is 1.8 miles away.
Formula 1/Circuit of the Americas is 12 miles.
Austin FC Q2 Stadium is 8.9 miles.
The new UT Basketball Moody Center is 2.5 miles.
Austin City Limits Music Festival at Zilker Park is 5 miles.
