Each guest will receive one large bath towel as well as hand towels. An additional full bathroom in the upstairs hallway ensures that everyone's needs are met efficiently.

Kitchen is open concept with all new stainless-steel appliances. Stocked with basic essentials including dinnerware and cookware. Has a microwave, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, pots, and pans.

Many windows in the living space allow natural light in for a bright and airy ambiance. Perfect setting to start your day with a cup of coffee or tea---both complimentary. Sink into our love sofas and enjoy your favorite shows on our Smart TV.
PARKING AREA:
This home has driveway parking that can accommodate four cars.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house and enclosed fenced backyard —with exception of a locked cleaner's closet. Home is accessible via private smart lock code. We ask you to please respect the neighbors by parking appropriately and keeping noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Our relationship with our neighbors is important to us.
WASHER/DRYER:
In-house washer and dryer. Free to use for guests. Iron and ironing board will be provided.

Pets are welcome, but must be disclosed ahead of time.
This includes the type and number of pets.
$100 additional per pet for each stay.
Smoking is only permitted outside, away from open windows and doors. If there is a need to remove the scent of smoking from inside the property, an additional fee for cleaning and time spent will be charged.
LONG TERM STAYS (28+ days): We do NOT refill toiletries/consumables or clean during your stay. We may be able to provide cleaning for a fee upon request.
