New-build (2023) 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom 1640 sq ft home is located just one mile from Radford University. You'll have this beautiful villa to yourself, this is not a shared space. The master bedroom features a private ensuite, walk-in closet, ample storage, and plenty of natural light. Each bedroom offers blackout curtains, a private smart TV, a workspace with a charging station for devices, and everything you'd need to be comfortable (blankets, linens, towels, toiletries, etc.). There is a large living room also with a 55" TV, dining area, and fully-stocked kitchen. You'll have access to on-site laundry (washer, dryer, iron, ironing board). The house is located in a safe, quiet residential area where there is plenty of parking. Pets must be approved in advance with a fee, must have up-to-date vaccinations as well as comply with pet policy. 70LB MAX, 2 DOG MAX. For extra protection and peace of mind, there is a smart security system in place and cameras outside of the property, as well as smart locks on all doors. Professional weekly cleaning is available for longer-term bookings. Flexible self-check-in is available.

While we don't have a gym on-site, CrossFit Radford is directly across the street.

Each bedroom offers blackout curtains, a private ensuite, and large walk-in closet with ample storage. 2 bedrooms have a smart tv. You'll have access to on-site laundry (washer, dryer, iron, ironing board). There are two assigned parking spaces for the unit, but additional parking can be made available upon request. The house is located in a safe, quiet residential area where there is safe, well-lit parking steps from the unit.

Queen Bedroom with Private Entrance: Has a Smart TV, walk-in closet, and private ensuite. Bedroom walks out on to a private porch with patio set for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down after a long day.

Upstairs Queen Bedroom: Has a Smart TV, walk-in closet, and private ensuite. This room offers the most natural light in the mornings, and has black-out curtains for those sensitive to light and 3rd shift workers.

Upstairs Twin Trundle Room: Can be set up as three twin beds (one as a trundle), with a laptop workstation; OR, this can be set up in advance as one King Sized bed with a pull-out trundle bed. If you're traveling with young children, this is probably the best space for them! Room also has blackout curtains, private ensuite and walk-in closet.

The dining room, living room and kitchen are open-concept. There is a breakfast bar with high-top chairs for larger groups or guests looking for a less formal dining experience.

Fully-stocked kitchen features several small appliances, a dishwasher, stove, fridge and freezer as well as everything you would need to prepare a meal. School District: City of Radford Public Schools

While we don't have a pool onsite, we are just 7 minutes from Christiansburg Aquatic Center, which boasts multiple olympic-sized pools and very affordable membership prices. We are also just 4 minutes from Bissett Park, with access to swimming, fishing, kayaking and boating on the beautiful New River.

We have prioritized the best internet available in the area, so the space is ideal for remote workers and digital nomads.
