• We kindly ask our wonderful guests to please water the two plants located by the windows during their stay. Your small help ensures they thrive!

• Guests are to use the fitness area at their discretion. Hosts and Owners are not responsible for injuries and/or misuse of equipment.

• Guests are expected to follow all HOA Residential Rules.

• All window shades operate by pulling up and down -please handle with care.

• For extended stays, we provide a generous starter pack of supplies. We do not refill supplies during your stay!
