The kitchen is equipped with new appliances-stove, refrigerator, & microwave. It offers a counter-height table with 4 bar-stools. The living room features a 55" flat-screen tv, a full sized sofa & recliner. A large bedroom with a queen bed, is on the first floor, while an extra-large bedroom (2 twin beds) is upstairs, ensuring privacy for all guests.
Extras include a washer & dryer on the back porch, a fenced-in yard, & off-street parking.
All utilities are included: central heat/air, wi-fi, tv apps (netflix, prime, etc) are included.
