This quaint and stylish 2-bedroom 1 bath space is located in a very friendly neighborhood where residents enjoy walking and access to nearby trails and Tigard's adorable downtown. Upon entering through the private entry on the back of the home you walk into the kitchenette area that leads to the main bedroom. There is a hallway from the kitchenette that leads to the bathroom, utility room, and then to the other bedroom next to the living room with fireplace. Off of the living room there is also a sliding glass door that leads back out to the fenced in backyard with play area. This backyard area is shared with any guests that may be staying in on the first level of the home. Both upper and lower levels are privately divided (like a duplex).

Backyard is shared with upper unit guests. Lower unit guests may park on the gravel inside the gate, or up in the gravel parking area by the road. Because of the age of the home, we like to remind guests prior to booking there is potential for noise from upstairs guests - muffled voices and footsteps.

Short-term housing is similar to hotels; prices change based on demand and the seasonality of the year.
