Norman’s Ridge

This is a 2brm 2 bath duplex with an attached garage. We have an extra full size fridge in garage and mini fridge in basement along with a full bar set up and game room. The basement also has washer and dryer and the 2nd bathroom - shower only.
The main level is very big and spacious. Lots of cabinets and counter space in kitchen. Huge pantry closet. Electric stove and dishwasher.
Both bedrooms have queen sized beds and lots of extra room. Huge closets and one room has a dresser with mirror. Desks can be available upon request too.

This unit is fully furnished with all utilities included. We provide free wifi only. No cable service.

We are centrally located and close to everything! Highway, Grocery stores, bus stop, laundry mat, food, etc. We are in a quite neighborhood too.

We also provide outside patio table and chairs and a small charcoal grill.

Rent is available for nightly or monthly rates. $3000 for monthly or $150/ nightly
We also charge $300 cleaning fee and $500 security deposit .
