A 3 story condo in a peaceful neighborhood just steps from the gorgeous Columbia River. The building was built in 2001, but has a very modern feel. Just a block away from a nice sandy beach area that is truly glorious on a warm summer day!

Third Floor: The main bedrooms with queen beds are on the 3rd floor, along with both full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a double sink and a stone shower. The bathroom off the hallway is adjacent to the 2nd bedroom. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a brand new efficient washer/dryer. This 3rd floor has new very comfortable mattresses. Beds have 4 pillows of varying softness and each bedroom has an extra pillow and blanket in the closets. Mattresses are new memory foam and memory foam-hybrid--one firm and the other medium-soft.

Second floor: The main living space - living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as a balcony with two comfortable chairs and a small BBQ grill. Kitchen is fully stocked and has plentiful appliances including an Air fryer, blender, food processor & waffle maker. We also have an impressive coffee setup with many ways to make your morning cup of joe! Living Room has a smart TV, nice record player with a great vinyl collection, some board games, an electric fireplace and really beautiful and comfortable furniture. The space is very cozy, and it's our hope that you feel right at home!

The first floor: Includes a one-car garage, entry-way, and additional bedroom with a twin bed and a twin trundle bed. Both very comfortable memory foam mattresses. There's also some yoga supplies and enough space to use as a movement room or office if it's not being used as a bedroom. *Note: we do not have a desk, just saying there's space for one if desired.

Important details to note:
This is a neighborhood that experiences some airplane noise due to proximity to the Portland Airport. The noise tends to only be periodic during the day. It's not something that has interrupted our sleep, and we can be light sleepers! We like to make sure guests are aware that both bathrooms are on the 3rd floor while the bedroom with the twin beds is on the first floor. We provide two safety gates in the upstairs closets for the open stairways. These can be helpful if you are traveling with small children. We do not have a pack and play or a highchair. Entry is through a smart lock.

Access to the community fitness center, pool and spa. 2 beach chairs, beach towels, 2 robes, air purifiers, several floor fans, a sound machine, alarm clock, disposable ear plugs, steamer, iron and ironing board.

Neighborhood:
Columbia Shores is a peaceful neighborhood just about a mile east of the new Vancouver Waterfront and located right on the Columbia River. Notable restaurants in the area are McMenemins on the Columbia and Beaches both offering excellent riverfront views. The neighborhood has excellent freeway access. The south side of the neighborhood features the 5 mile Renaissance Trail that connects all the way to downtown Vancouver and Winter Park in the opposite direction. The trail can be accessed just across the street, and it’s only a couple minutes walk to a sandy beach area which is perfect for watching the sunset or a plunge on a hot summer day. Be aware that the river has a strong current if you get in too deep.
