Bright and charming newly renovated 4-bedroom home, located just 8 minutes from downtown. Upon stepping through the front door, you're welcomed by an open-concept living room with soaring ceilings, seamlessly flowing into a dedicated workspace and dining area, and unfolding into the well-appointed kitchen. The bedrooms include one king bed, two queen beds, and two twin beds. There is a fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker, blender, and bakeware. The home has a dedicated working station for those who work from home as well as smart tv and high speed internet. Additional desks can be provided at request. We have a fully fenced yard that is safe for your pets and kids. A full-size in unit washer and dryer are located at the back of the house. A pack and play is also available upon request. Landscaping is serviced monthly and we have a cleaning service available upon request during stays. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. We are in the process of installing a hot tub.
