- The parking area is behind the house, where you'll have 2 assigned parking spots. The entire backyard is fully paved, so there is no traditional "yard" at the property.

- Basement laundry machines (2 washers and 2 dryers) are shared with the 3rd floor tenant only. You won't have any issues accessing the 2 sets of washers and dryers available for your use!

- The basement was recently painted and is bright with motion-sensor lights. You can access the basement from the interior of the property, which is also cleaned monthly.
