Walkable to all that the Bywater has to offer, and a 5 minute drive to some classic New Orleans staples in French Quarter.
The space
This home is usually occupied by the owner as a full-time resident, however she rents it out whenever she is traveling. Due to this the closets will not be available for use however the rest of the unit and yard are available for complete access.

LOCATION:
This home is located in the Bywater neighborhood just off of the St. Claude Corridor. Some favorite spots that are within walking distance in the Claude Corridor are N7, Galaxie, Saturn Bar, Red’s Chinese, Junction Bar, Saint Germain, and the Get Down Lounge. Other notable spots in the Bywater are Nagomi, Rosalita’s, Petit Clouet Cafe, Capulet, Bywater American Bistro, Bacchanal, The Country Club, and Crescent Park. We are located in a very walkable area of New Orleans, and are just a mile (5 mins drive, 20 mins walk) from Frenchmen St, the French Quarter, and Bourbon St.

Note that the closets will be off limits however there are hangers to hang up any clothes on the rack.

This property is a duplex, which is very common in New Orleans. You will be staying in the front unit, and I live in the back unit, which has its own private entrance. You may see me walking my dog around the neighbourhood, but otherwise I will be completely out of your way unless you need me! This is my home and I am so excited to have you stay. I cannot wait for you to explore this wonderful city I call home.

Other things to note
While we are located in a quiet neighborhood, there is a train that runs a few blocks away. If you are a light sleeper, please be aware that the train is required to sound the horn when crossing intersections, and sometimes this may occur in the middle of the night. I have provided a white noise machine in order to aid this, however I completely understand that my house may not be for everyone
