The main living area boasts 20-foot ceilings with exposed concrete walls and industrial finishes, making space feel like a New York City penthouse in the middle of San Diego's historic Gaslamp Quarter. Though it's in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city the fireplace and cozy furnishings make it feel like a home away from home. The space Our townhome has three spacious floors of living space and a private garage. Great for friends or families sharing a vacation. The separation provided by the separate floors gives an added level of privacy and coziness when its time to wind down. Guest access We are utilizing a noise monitoring software in this property called NoiseAware. While NoiseAware is not a recording device, it does monitor noise levels to ensure they remain at a level that is respectful to our neighbors and to alert us of fire alarms while guests are not present at the property. Other things to note As a member of the U.S. Armed Forces, I'd like to personally invite all Department of Defense Employees and other branches of the military to stay here. We encourage you to have fun and enjoy the home, but there are very important noise policies that will be enforced for the entirety of your stay. If any of these are violated, you will be asked to leave the home immediately and will forfeit both the rental amount and damage deposit. Additionally, you will be liable for all damages and lost rental income resulting from damages. Quiet hours are from 10PM until 9AM everyday. However, noise levels must be reasonable and courteous to the neighbors at all times. Please refrain from utilizing the outdoor spaces during quiet hours and keep the door from the kitchen to the patio closed to reduce noise. East Village, where the home is located, has strict local laws governing excessive noise. Violations can result in fines and termination of lease. All neighbors have been given the host’s contact information and have been asked to call in the event of excessive noise. Additionally, there is noise monitoring software installed in the home to monitor the noise levels. Lastly, the home has its own parking garage with space for one vehicle.
