IF any Pet such as SERVICE DOGS, Emotional Pets:
- Pet fee is $28 per day for Per Pet
- Non refundable Pet Security Deposit is : $500-$1,000 per Pet
-You have your own towels and toothbrush. Limited Time To use Shower and Kitchen Privileges. Do not Soak in Tub with full water, And take over 30 minutes for showering, and kitchen time to use airfry too,..There are others guests need to use as well.
- Laudryroom limited time to use: , Can't Wash or Dry your Clothes after 9:00 PM - or Before 8:00 AM
- No Sleeping on Sofa or Couch in common areas in the house.
- Each Guest To pay : $500 up to $2,500 case by case basis This is For Refundable Security Deposit Relates anything that Guest damage to the property during the stay except wear & tear. Or Guest can buy travel insurance with airbnb and the team can help you out for this process.
-Tenants to rent a Entire house will pay $250 cleaning fee per stay.
- Camera & Security For Safety: Camera Surveillance 24/7 Outside and Inside the house such as Hallways , common Areas, Kitchen, Living Room, Family Room, Patio , Rears ,Front & Back Properties

3. No alcohol and heavy drinker
4. No Loud Music and turn loud TV or stereo
5. No Drug or smoking within premises

1. Keep the shared bathroom clean; take out your own bathroom trash to the trash bin at the back alley. TRASH PICK UP EVERY WEDNESDAY MORNING BY 7AM-10:00am

2. If you use the kitchen:
- Clean up the kitchen after every use-Trash bags provided
- Take out the trash when it is full to the trash bin at the back alley. Don't leave it for others to do! TRASH PICK UP EVERY WEDNESDAY MORNING BY 7AM-10:00am
3. Guest must sign separate rule agreement & provide the copy of valid driver license / ID before arrival
4. Guests stay over 60 days need to get the tenant background check from .website: rentprep . and provide a copy to landlord
