Location is by far the best aspect of the property, but it doesn't stop there. The house itself is comfortable and tastefully decorated and the back yard is simply paradise. Enjoy warm outdoor dining with beautiful landscaping and lighting to set the mood. Walk right out your front door to walk to the beach, bay, dining or miles of walking/bike paths for outdoor exercise.

The house is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home in the heart of Pacific Beach and includes an outside kitchen with BBQ and outdoor dining for 6. It's the perfect place to unwind after a full day of work. Monthly rates vary depending on the season and term of rental. Posted rate is for 3-6 month minimum term. Shorter-term available upon request.
