This furnished home is fully equipped with all the furnishings and essentials to step right in and live life on your terms. This is a 3rd floor condo with secure garage parking, an elevator, and a community jacuzzi. 10 minute walk to Carlsbad Village and a short drive or Legoland. Or just stay close and surf. This is a 31+ day rental. There is heating but no air conditioning.

The main room is perfect for hosting. Six-person dining table inside and a 4-person table outside. The home has a full sectional sofa. There is a large tv in the main room and a tv in the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with 2 closets. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The home has a private elevator for guests and owners.

We are pet friendly with an additional pet deposit. Pricing is subject to change due to seasonality.
