- Third Bedroom: Full bunk bed with twin trundle, perfect for children or solo adventurers. Note that top bunk bed is not suitable or safe for adults.
- Additional bedding: Full sleeper sofa in the living room and a 'Nursery Center Playard' full bassinet in the master.

Bathrooms:
- 2 full bathrooms equipped with modern fixtures and fresh towels.
- 0.5 additional bathroom for added convenience.

Living Spaces:

Guest access
There are owner and housekeeping closets that are marked and locked (one in the garage, two on the second floor in the hallway, including HVAC closet), and don't offer guest access.
