Peralta Home rental

Hello! Welcome to our Peralta rental! We are excited to have you rent our newly remodeled home for your stay. We are located near a list of hospitals, major surface streets, 3 major freeways and of course an international airport thats 10-15 mins away. Our Home is a 1,300 sqft house in a culdesac lot with large backyard. It does have a casita on the side yard that we also rent out but they have all their own amenities and backyard that is separate from yours. The only thing that is shared is the driveway which we have assigned parking so that you will be able to enter and exit the garage should you decide to use it. All amenities are included with price and we are always willing to attend to any issues or needs as we live only 3 miles away. You are also next to a very large park with playground and a well lit canal with concrete running path. Restaurants and bars are also within minutes.
