The guest will be able to access all parts of the home. Although please be mindful that the home is shared in a common area with 3 other homes protected by a gate. Please be mindful of my watchful neighbors and keep only to our designated area.

Our Chapel House concierge is available throughout the day to offer any assistance you need with getting to the home, suggestions on what to do, and any assistance with our appliances.

We are the perfect place to experience all the action with the peace and quiet of a cul-de-sac home.

Vickery Place is one of the safest neighborhoods in Dallas that is still accessible to all the amenities of Knox Henderson.

Guests may only park maximum 4 cars on the premises, with 2 cars inside the garage and 2 immediately outside. All other cars may park on the street.
Please be respectful as all neighbors share this space to get out.

If you do not drive or rent a car, Uber/Lyft is easily accessible as well as various buses in the area.

We only allow 4 cars to be parked on site at all times (2 garage + 2 right outside of garage) all other parking outside will be towed. If you have other cars we require that you park on the street. Please note that either 2 SUVs or 1 large truck will fit in the garage, depending on the size of the car. Please call us if you have any special vehicle needs
