This spacious contemporary Craftsman home combines designer finishes with the comfort and convenience of a thoughtfully equipped residence. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home features high-end appliances, quality furnishings, and premium household items, including Global knives, Denby dinnerware, and Restoration Hardware furniture. It is exceptionally well appointed for an extended stay, with a fully equipped kitchen and the amenities and comforts of a primary residence rather than a typical furnished rental.

**Wheelchair Accessibility:** The main floor of this two-story home can accommodate a guest using a wheelchair. Entry is via a short ramp of approximately 2 feet, replacing a single step, and thresholds throughout the main floor are flat. The main-floor bathroom features a roll-in shower and wheelchair-accessible sink. The kitchen does not have lowered countertops throughout, but includes features that can make it functional for a wheelchair user. When wheelchair accessibility is needed, we can place a queen bed in the main-floor bedroom prior to occupancy, providing bedroom and bathroom accommodations without the need to access the second floor.

Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The garage is not included; however, generous off-street parking is available in the driveway. Lawn maintenance is provided. Snow removal is not included; significant snowfall is uncommon in Bellingham.

**Separate Apartment:** There is a completely separate apartment above the garage with its own entrance and designated parking. The apartment is occasionally used as a short-term rental. There are no shared living spaces or entrances with the main house. We have operated the apartment as a short-term rental for more than five years with minimal impact on the privacy and enjoyment of the main home. Outside of the summer season, its historical occupancy has been approximately 50%, although occupancy varies and cannot be guaranteed.
