Stayed over a week
We rented Joseph's place for my extended family while they were in town and they had a great stay!! I'm biased because I live nearby, but I love this neighborhood, especially walking the hills and to Little Flower/the playground. The house was comfortable and exactly as described. Joseph was very proactive about making sure we had all the information we needed to check in, park, etc. And he was always available right away to answer questions. I would definitely book again!

Really awesome house to stay in for a trip to Pasadena or rose bowl. The owner is super friendly and made sure to make us feel comfortable. The house is really cute, in a quiet neighborhood but still really close to old town and other fun spots. It was a great spot and hope to be back in the future!

Stayed about a week
Joseph was super friendly, helpful, and communicative. Thorough instructions were provided for everything, making it a totally stress free trip. The house is in an adorable quiet neighborhood which was in full bloom with fragrant flowers while we were there. The floor to ceiling windows made it light and airy and had lovely views. Visiting from dark and rainy Oregon, we felt like we'd landed in paradise! It's also incredibly convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you could need, not to mention accessible to the Burbank airport. Will definitely stay again when we return!

Joseph was incredibly responsive and helpful! The house was roomy and exactly what the family needed! Comfortable living room and lots of kitchen space. The perfect space for our needs and we'd rent it again as it was so easy and homey!

Amazing location! Very quiet area close to everything. Very spacious for a family. The backyard and jacuzzi were a big plus. Worth noting that there are a lot of steep stairs to get to the Airbnb. Good to know if you have any mobility issues or a lot of luggage! We had a couple of minor issues arise and Joe was very helpful and responsive. Sweet spot!
