This home is available for monthly rental and is purposed usually for Corporate lease. The home is fully furnished and comes with all the amenities of a hotel or extended stay. Please inquire for more details.

Utilities can be deducted from the deposit OR an extra amount of 300 can be added onto the monthly rent as a utility cap. All utlities over 300 will be charged on the deposit or paid out of pocket.

Lease is on a monthly basis. Reserve ahead of time the number of months as the calendar will remain open for the duration of the un-booked time. Month to month extensions are available after the initial lease terms and durations and rates can be flexible. The utilities are capped at $300 a month and any additional utility bills will be charged from the deposit. All guests must provide identification and corporations must sign lease with management before checking into the home.
