If needed, we can furnish the house for an additional $800 a month.
There is an option to include electricity, heat, water, trash and grass cutting for an additional $800 a month. If tenants do not choose this option, they can set up electricity, heat, water, trash, and grass cutting services in their name.
Lease terms are negotiable. The monthly rent of $2,500 is based on a 12-month lease. If the lease term is shorter the price per month will increase.
