This beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in wine-country was remodeled from top to bottom. Enjoy the deer grazing on the hill on one side and scenic trees all around.

The space
The open floor plan welcomes you with comfortable seating and a flat screen Smart TV set up for movie night or binge watching your favorite shows or channels. The artwork and design are created to provide you a sense of peace and serenity.

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all cooking requirements ideal for long stays. Cookware, flatware, dishware and silverware are all provided as well as Microwave, toaster, oven, stove, fridge, freezer and french press coffee maker of course. A Keurig 2.0 coffee maker is also available for an efficient cup of coffee as well. The kitchen has new shaker cabinets and clean quarts counter tops great for meal prepping and serving your guest. The stainless-steel stove has been upgraded to a propane gas top for the best cooking experience.

The living room leads into a nice dining area nice for family and friend mealtime or can double as a work from home station since there is a modern automated desk for sitting/standing.

Included is a space set aside for games like Uno, Apples to Apples, and puzzles too! A great way to spend quality time, in real time, face to face, together.

Each bedroom is private from the other offering maximum privacy and comfort.

One bedroom has a full size bed and ceiling fan and windows for fresh air and sunlight plus closet space. Bedroom 3 has a QUEEN size bed and full size sofa, ceiling fan and large window for fresh air and sunlight. A bedroom on the upper level offers a spacious room with full size bed, and comfortable futon to sit or lay down on. Includes a relaxing view of the hillside.

The master bedroom has a super comfortable KING size bed, full size mirror closet doors with a full french door that opens to a large outside deck. Includes dresser drawers. The master bedroom not now comes with a 43" Roku Smart TV for live news coverage and free movies at the touch of a few buttons. Light filtering and black-out drapes on the french doors.

The washer and dryer are in the laundry room with more space for storage. Includes laundry detergent and fabric softener.

Each room has individual cadet heaters to provide custom temperatures where needed. Living room and all bedrooms also have newer ceiling fans for fresh circulation as desired. Air conditioners are installed as necessary according to the climate of the month to ensure you enjoy a cool comfortable home when it's hot outside (typically July and August).

This home features LVP flooring throughout and new carpet in the bedrooms. The remodeled kitchen boasts beautiful quartz countertops, shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances including a propane gas stove, dishwasher, and french door refrigerator with cabinet drawers for extra food storage. The home is fully furnished with a king bed and two other full beds and a futon in the fourth. You can also use the attached 2 car garage. (The outbuildings are not part of this listing). The master bathroom has been professionally designed with resort-like clawfoot bathtub with a glass and rainfall shower.

You will appreciate the sunrise through double french doors in the master bedroom with room for meditation and yoga off its spacious deck. Or watch the hummingbirds and deer prance around from the spacious covered front deck making this home ideal for long stays.

Guest access
You'll feel at home with access to the entire house including the 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, and front and back covered patios, patio off master bedroom with plenty of yard to enjoy. Note: Two of the bedroom closets and one linen closet are reserved for supplies. There is lots of space in the master bedroom closet, another bedroom closet, a coat closet, another linen closet, and the laundry room if you need room for storage or hanging clothing. The outbuildings are not part of this listing but you can use the attached 2 car garage with plenty of parking in front.

Additional rules:
Please no food or beverages, except water, in your room (carpets/beds areas).

No smoking or vaping on property because of dry brush fire risks and lingering odors.

Sorry, no pets or animals allowed in or around property.

Spills must be cleaned immediately to prevent water/liquid/stain damage to white quartz countertops, carpet, flooring, walls.

Any damaged, non-working, or issues with appliances, TVs, drainage, water, etc.. must be reported immediately to management.

Please reuse towels as possible to help conserve water and electricity as this home is on a private well and septic system.

This home is on a septic system and it is prohibited to flush any wipes, towels, contraceptives, or feminine hygiene products in the toilet other than septic-safe toilet paper.

The closet for one bedroom on the main floor and closet for one bedroom on the 2nd floor, the pantry, and hallway closet are locked for supplies and furniture.

Camera Disclosure: We have one actively recording camera overlooking the front porch and one facing the driveway entry which records video and audio. These also actively record noise decibel levels. All devices are on the exterior of the property and there are no cameras or recording devices in the interior of the property.

Even though the home is in a remote area, loud noise and music that is outside can be heard from a distance so we have noise monitors and quiet hours. Because of this, loud parties are not allowed. It's important to us to be respectful to neighbors so that this home can continue to be enjoyed by many more in the future.

The property includes the house with the attached 2 car garage and front and back yard as outlined in the photos. It does not include
the outbuildings (detached garages) or their adjacent yards.

Note that this home is on a private gravel driveway along the hillside
to a long asphalt driveway.
