Indulge in the opulence of Miami staying at Lunabase's Remote Life Dream property, a modern luxury, minimalistic and exquisitely designed condominium situated on the 21st floor in the heart of downtown Miami. Upon entering the building, you will receive a warm welcome from the courteous and professional staff who will direct you to the elevators. As you arrive at the condo, you will be greeted with a spectacular 180° panorama of Downtown Miami, Wynwood, Edgewater, and Biscayne Bay.
Master Bedroom
When it's time to retire to bed, you'll sink into a sumptuous queen bed. The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors infuse the bedroom with ample light and lead to a stunning view on the balcony or from the bed in the morning. No worries, as the bedroom also has blackout shades to ensure that you get extra darkness when you need it.
Patio
Accessible from both the bedroom and living room, the patio presents an unobstructed view of Miami and breathtaking Biscayne Bay. It features a lounge area to chill and watch the sunrise, a bistro table with chairs to enjoy any meal, and is our favorite place in the condo!
Den
The spacious den includes a comfy sofa sleeper and a 50" Samsung LED Smart TV, equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN Plus and HBO Max. The Den also has a desk and laptop-friendly workspace equipped with fast and reliable hi-speed WiFi.
Bathrooms
The modern and stylish master bathroom features a shower and bathtub and is stocked with toiletries, plush towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer. The guest 1/2 bathroom is also fully equipped.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all essential cooking appliances and essentials. The dining table accommodates four people.
Living Room
The living room boasts of designer furnishings, beautiful art and many books to choose from for a relaxing read. There is also a top of the line Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker to enjoy your favorite tunes from anywhere in the condo.

At Lunabase, we place a premium on Wealth from Health, and our community understands the significance of a balanced mind and body to accomplish lofty aspirations. Therefore, we equip our Base with yoga mats and a roller for stretching that can be used on the patio or bay-front to enjoy a rejuvenating workout.
Security
To ensure guest and property safety, we have a decibel/noise monitoring device in the condo (which doesn't record audio) and building security 24/7.
Pets
While we love pets, unfortunately the owners (who reside in the condo part of the year) have really bad allergies to both dog and cat hair, and would greatly appreciate not asking to make exceptions, out of the respect for their health. Thanks for your consideration.

Currently there is building going up to the north of Canvas (this condo faces east), so please be advised. That said, you shouldn't hear anything when inside the apartment due to the hurricane proof sliding doors. ***

Other Things to Note
Guest Registration Process: Where applicable this reservation is subject to and contingent upon the prospective guest/s being approved by the condominium (a background check will be completed in this process). We will assist with the entire process. Please be advised of the non-refundable application fee of $200 per adult or married couple. In order to avoid an additional $200 application fee the condo association requires a marriage certificate. The application should be completed and submitted for association approval 14 business days prior to the effective date of reservation. In the event the prospective guest/s is/are not approved, this reservation will be cancelled, and all deposits made will be refunded to the prospective tenant (application fee will not be refunded).
Car Rental: Renting our Porsche Macan GTS would be coordinated through Turo. We will provide an unbeatable daily rate, which includes garage parking. Please ask for more info and we walk you through the simple booking process.
Pets: The building association allows pets less than 20 pounds, require building registration with vaccines, a signed form, a photo, and a one-time 150 fee per pet. We also charge $850 for the first pet, $850 for the second pet. A total of $1000 for 1 pet and $2000 for 2 pets regardless of size or breed. Again we ask not ask to rent this condo if you have pets, and the reason for the charge is based on the requirement to recondition the condo after any pets are inside, for health reasons. Thanks for your consideration.
Age and Booking Policy: This property does not allow local residents within 60 miles radius, groups under 25 years of age, events, parties (bachelor/bachelorette groups are allowed), photo shoots or gatherings of any kind.
Rent Responsible: We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. We use a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay, and it is 100% privacy compliant and required on this property.
