Comfortable fully renovated home in 2023.

Three-bedroom one bath so one bedroom is not included, it has a personal thing in it as this home is our second home, and we rent it out when we do not plan to be there. We have made this home very comfortable for us as you will find it just as comfortable for yourselves.

It is conveniently located between Niagara Falls and Buffalo by a beautiful bridge. This is a quiet safe area with wonderful nature and trails to bike and walk.

The house is located one block from a trail that leads to the beautiful Beaver Island State Park.
