We cover utilities at our furnished homes up to $400, anything over this cap we charge back to the tenant. We allow pets on a per-case basis and will charge a non-refundable pet fee. There will be a monthly standard cleaning of common living areas which will incur a monthly cleaning fee as well, no exceptions. Deposit is required upon signing and first month's rent is to be paid 3 days prior to move in. No smoking is allowed. We require a 30 day notice if tenant wishes to extend the lease.
