This is for unit-1 in a duplex that is fully renovated, fully furnished, kitchen equipped with pots, small appliances and linens.
Utilities are included for up to a 6 months lease, with a cap on electricity. Tenant will need to connect utilities for longer leases. A 1 1/2 mo. security is required, shared- brand new laundry machines, are available onsite as well as a 1 parking space in driveway. Pets dog/cat, up to 30 Lbs, nonaggressive breed is allowed. A pet nonrefundable, one-time fee of $500.00 plus a pet rent of $50/mo, will be required.
No smoking of any kind will be allowed in this property or surroundings.
