The major throughways nearby are McDermott, Custer, Independence, Hedgcoxe, and close to Preston & 121 Tollway.

30-day notice to vacate however will work with your clients on shorter notices like 15-day;

Refundable security deposit $1300 (Negotiable);

one-time cleaning fee $599 at the time of security deposit;

Pet ADM: pet addendum form with the lease to be completed 1st; pet dog case-by-case basis (sorry no cat); $199 pet deposit TBD - pet dog case-by-case; may waive the pet deposit for one small-dog non-shedding pet dog

There'll no application or admin fee if the background checks're already available (If your firm already run the background checks, that will be great please forward to us, so no application fee applicable; it's $20 per adult using our vendor to run)


Utilities & internet included, and they are capped up to $400 per month; Lawn care is landlord's responsibility.
