Upon entry is a large room that is being set up as STUDY-GUEST bedroom. Costco height adjustable desk, wardrobe, daybed (that works as a free standing chaise or pullout to create a double bed). TV added (sorry no cable tv).

Kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances (Bosch stove top/super quiet Bosch dishwasher/vent hood), large single SS kitchen sink w/new Kohler faucet, new Sharp microwave, pots/pans/utensils/dishes, and K-cup coffee maker. New Minka ceiling fan was installed here; staggered subway tile backsplash offers a fresh clean look. Signature design by Ashley Kavara counter dining table set in mahogany finish in the dining area. Sumsung front-loading washer/dryer are located right off the dining/kitchen area - the laundry room connects the garage to the kitchen.

Patio table/chairs/umbrella at the backyard. Fenced backyard (lot is ~6100 sqft so enough space for dog to run around).
