It's a spacious home and close to so many fun things to do/experience in St Louis! Utilities included up to $350. If bills go over $350, renter will be responsible for paying excess charges.

Prefer to rent to clean, responsible, professionals. We keep our home well-maintained and the furnishings are higher end and the space is beautiful and comfortable.

TV and chess/checker table in the entertainment room. Home is bright, has an amazing magnolia tree--incredibly beautiful throughout back windows! There are multiple spaces to relax and enjoy your time if you prefer to stay inside instead of exploring the fun things to do in the neighborhood and nearby.

The internet is fast, excellent showers/hot water, high end appliances and comforts throughout (including heated kitchen floors!). An ideal home to rent while you're temporarily needing housing in St Louis.
