Our beautiful mid-term rental Sangria Daze is perfect for families or groups looking for a comfortable and spacious living space. With four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this home has enough room to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay. The living room is cozy and inviting, featuring a fireplace that creates a warm and inviting ambiance. All bedrooms are located upstairs, ensuring a quiet and peaceful sleeping environment.

The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a desk, making it the perfect retreat for guests who need to work remotely. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen beds to guarantee a comfortable stay. The final bedroom has a twin trundle bed, perfect for kids or single guests.

In addition to the comfortable living space, guests can also enjoy access to the community pool and jacuzzi.

The home includes $250 worth of utilities, and any overage will be the guest's responsibility. A furnished rental agreement must be completed before check-in.

Dogs are welcome at this home, with an additional fee of $200 per dog per month, plus a $70 non refundable deposit.
