Additionally, the space includes a dining table for four, two desks, and ample seating, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout your stay. The first bedroom, featuring a luxurious king-size bed, provides a unique waterfront ambiance with windows encompassing three walls and mirrored closet doors. If the soothing sound of the ocean appeals to you, this bedroom is sure to captivate your senses. Equipped with a king bed, an LED fireplace, Smart TV, and a compact desk, it offers both comfort and functionality. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom equipped with a rainfall shower and bathtub. Essential toiletries, and cotton towels are provided for your convenience. The second bedroom provides a tranquil atmosphere, featuring two twin beds that can be transformed into a king-size bed upon request. It boasts ample storage space with a spacious closet and shelving units for your personal items. Additionally, this bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower for added convenience. Guest access To ensure your convenience and security, our home is equipped with a smart system and the front door is accessed by a code and smart lock. The code and all relevant details for your arrival will be provided through the booking platform on the morning of check-in. Other things to note This condo, like many near the coast, does not have air conditioning. The condo has fans, and the windows can be opened to enjoy the ocean breeze The assigned parking in the garage is currently unavailable due to building renovations, but street parking is available. The building renovations present the possibility of additional noise at the property as well. For stays longer than 30 days, please only submit an inquiry and contact us before booking. While our first priority is ensuring our valued guests enjoy their stay, we have an equally important commitment to the safety and comfort of our community. GUESTS For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in) and have your ID verified. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property. Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay. No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property and may also result in law enforcement involvement, and you will not be refunded the rest of your stay. PETS While we love pets, unfortunately, we do not allow them at the property since the building does not allow them. DAMAGE We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring to the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out. SMOKING Our property is 100% smoke free, in both private and communal areas, including the home itself, and any other areas within the home and the communal property, regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule, we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit. EVENTS & PARTIES While our first priority is ensuring our valued guests enjoy their stay, we have an equally important commitment to the safety and comfort of our neighbors and community. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM. We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints and parties of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Please read the property rules prior to confirming your reservation. If you’re uncomfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations. SECURITY This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests. VISITORS We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host. FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc. LIABILITY RELEASE Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the home rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting our property is strictly prohibited.
